👋 Hi, I’m an award-winning instructional designer who turns complex, technical content into clean, intuitive, and genuinely useful learning experiences. I’m equal parts strategic thinker and creative problem solver. Someone who sees the big picture but loves getting the details just right.

🏗️ I build custom learning experiences often combining video, interactivity, and strong visual design to keep learners engaged and on track. Every course is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of the business and the learner, including ensuring ADA accessibility, so all users have an equal opportunity to learn and succeed.

🤝 Collaboration is one of my favorite parts of the process. I build strong relationships with partners and subject matter experts to ensure alignment, generate buy-in, and move projects forward with clarity and trust.
