🔍 Business Need: Compliance and Cybersecurity needed a new training on card reader fraud devices for employees who handle card payments. The goal was to help learners recognize skimming devices, understand the risks, and know how to report suspicious activity. With all retail locations facing audits, achieving 100% compliance was critical.

🎯 Learning Solution: I utilized Rise for rapid course development and custom videos to visually show the financial impact of this practice, how it works, what they look like, and how to report them to keep retail stores and customers safe. This multi-media solution creates an emotional connection through storytelling, provides real-world context, and increases engagement by alternating between static and dynamic content.

✅ Impact: The course had a 99% completion rate out of 876 learners and all 133 retail stores passed the audit at 100%.
