🔍 Business Need: The company needed a Code of Conduct training that could be rolled out across the entire organization. It had to track completion, include a user attestation, and be available in English, Spanish, and French, all in one course, to simplify tracking and ensure consistent messaging across regions. The goal was to help reduce legal and compliance risks by ensuring employees understand and follow company policies.

🎯 Learning Solution: My team built a branching Storyline course with interactive video, click-through engagements, and knowledge checks. Storyline gave us the flexibility for custom branding and branching, while Synthesia provided realistic voiceovers and fast, accurate translations. The course was fully translated into three languages and delivered as one seamless experience. This course showcases scalability and consistency, which serves a global audience in three languages.

✅ Impact: Reduces legal and compliance risks by ensuring employees understand and follow company policies. Resulting in fewer violations, reduced legal exposure, and a strong defense in case of audits or investigations. Reinforcing ethical behaviors supports a positive workplace culture and protects the company's reputation. Received 18,680 completions with strong learner satisfaction of 4.5 stars.
