🔍 Business Need: The line of business needed a job aid converted into a short, self-paced Rise eLearning course with three recorded demos. The challenge? There was no clear step-by-step guide, the process was complex, and learners didn’t have access to the actual tool to practice, making it difficult to build confidence and accuracy.

🎯Learning Solution: A Rise course and three demo videos with callouts, and three interactive simulations. This gave learners a safe way to practice a tricky process in a non-intuitive system, turning passive learning into active engagement. Adults learn best when training is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable. Hands-on practice bridges the gap between knowing and doing.
