🔍 Business Need: Due to a change in the Smartsheet licensing agreement, fewer team members had access to edit and manage project data, resulting in bottlenecks and limited collaboration. The Instructional Design team needed a new solution that would restore full access, support project intake and tracking, and provide visibility across all initiatives. The goal was to find a flexible, scalable alternative that could meet the team’s evolving needs without the constraints of limited user access.

🎯 Solution: A custom SharePoint site designed to centralize project management and streamline collaboration. Key features include:

A standardized project intake form
Dashboards for tracking project status and ownership
A Professional Educator landing page and resource library
Built-in communication tools for real-time updates

✅ Impact: The Project Hub successfully replaced Smartsheet, restoring full team access and eliminating workflow bottlenecks. It improved project visibility, sped up intake processing, and enabled better prioritization and communication. As a result, the team became more agile, collaborative, and efficient in managing and delivering learning solutions.
